For more than 15 years, Daniel has specialised in commercial dispute resolution and litigation, with a particular emphasis on large general commercial disputes, corporate disputes (relating to directors’ duties and shareholder remedies), and disputes relating to joint ventures, property, trusts, misleading and deceptive conduct, intellectual property and contracts.

Daniel also has experience in defamation, family provision and estate litigation, family law, matters before the Land and Environment Court relating to planning disputes and development appeals, assisting international clients in the taking of evidence of witnesses located in Australia for the purposes of proceedings commenced abroad (United States, Canada, Europe and Asia) and assisting clients in the taking of evidence of witnesses located outside Australia for the purposes of proceedings commenced in Australia.

Daniel runs litigation efficiently, is able to understand factually and technically complex matters quickly and provides practical and commercial advice for the handling and resolution of commercial disputes.

Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from Macquarie University.
